The pictures of the accommodation is what attracted us to the property

The property did not live up to the pictures. The apartment was filthy, we had to wash plates and utensils before use. We did not cook as the oven was filthy. There was dust all over property. When looking for remote control lifted cushions and was shocked at how filthy it was. Bedroom 2 , the seat at end of bed had the feet positioned not secured, resulting in one of our party falling. We were surprised at the toilet door handle being repaired with sellotape. Furnishing throughout the property were in a state of disrepair

Close to town

Where do I start...dirty bedspeads. Dirty stained carpets walls marked and dirty.toilet door handle sticky tape together. 1 roll of toilet paper.no instructions for hot water or heater.. no hot water..no balcony .wonky kitchen table .rubbish in all drawers and bed to oom cupboards.. Appartment needs a good clean and fix up

House is spacious and clean. But the heating is not working and shower hot water is difficult to adjust....

First time come across to pay deposit £250 which was not mentioned in the booking process. Supposed to refund after checkout within 14 working days. My check out is 28/5 until today 16/6 I still not received the refund.

Easy distance from city centre

It was not clean. Stains on the bed covers, the carpets. Mouldy shower. Broken blinds, curtains falling off. Musty smell. Generally grubby. Shame the flat has great potential

Very central and great location , no heating working , very cold for the few days , luckily we found a blow heater, no hot water either had to boil kettle to do dishes,

Plenty of space and a taxi ride from the city centre

Had to remind this company to give me my deposit back which was 4 weeks later! No heating in the living room, we had to ask for a heater which was delivered 8 hours later. Could have been better equipped for example no tea towels.

The flat was very spacious and in a good location close to the city centre, however, it is badly in need of some care and attention on the maintenance and cleanliness side.

Maintenance and cleanliness poor. Carpets and bedding badly stained Kitchen tap loose Door handles and drawer handles loose and not secured Chipped cup No kitchen towel for drying dishes, had to use kitchen roll No additional toilet roll Storage drawers in bedrooms not clean, old food items found No operating instruction for TV or boiler Good large flat although very tired badly in need of some TLC.

Could have a couple finishing touches done for the price but the size and location of the apartment you can not fault! Really lovely stay and would happily book again!!
