Summer House duplex en la playa con piscina

Magnífica casa, muy bien situada, las indicaciones para llegar fueron muy fáciles, la casa contaba con todas las comodidades, nos dejaron una botella de vino de bienvenida, me encanto el detalle, no suele ser habitual, sin queja, lo recomiendo totalmente, Benalmadena es un paraíso, deseando volver.

Buena casa, amplitud. Bien equipada. Tuvimos un problema con una ducha en la parte superior y lo solucionaron rápido

The apartment is in a great location, extremely secure in a private gated facility and with additional gates at the apartment itself, great for securing motorcycles. There was a friendly little bar on the complex, and about 6 restaurant choices available within a walking distance of 10 minutes. The apartment itself was clean, well-prepared for guests, and Justin was extremely helpful making sure we had everything we needed. Very cosy garden for afternoon sun with lots of comfortable seating, and an open solarium on the roof.

We had one issue, but the owner resolved this quickly and effectively.

Location was perfect , close to the shops and restaurants and beaches. In addition easy to move around with public transportation.

Following our experience, we would recommend that house be cleaned entirely properly prior to family stay that means , ensuring that the tables and chairs are cleaned outside and surrounding areas in the home are free from mosquitoes, unfortunately due to the lack of cleaning outside we wasn’t able to sit outside as the Mosquitoes were high in demand. The swimming pools are not as closed as described. The pictures on the booking looks much attractive but in reality it is not near to it for the money paid . Moreover the owner made it looked as though the swimming pools are next to the property which lead to making wrong choices for holidays . Had it been put in the booking that the pools were not a the property we would not have stayed at this property. Also check out time is at 12pm according to bookings but we felt as it we were rushed to leave as the owner text to ask what time are we planning to leave as he has to get the house cleaned for another customer, I did mention we was going to leave by 10am earlier but felt it was so unprofessional to ask again which made us feel we had to be out quickly. The sheets that we slept on smelled awful so we had to go the next day to buy sheets as we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the ones that were on the bed. The swings and cushions outside was rather dirty so we didn’t feel comfortably using them . I don’t recommend staying there until the standards are met and maintained at a high standard as per photos from the bookings . We are very disappointed as we have never had this experience before. We also don’t want this happen again to another person so that is why we are giving clear honest feedback. We hope the owners will take this seriously and not personally but listen to the views and feedback. As mentioned it is a great location and we enjoyed our time in Benalmadena.
