Olor a cañería a la entrada del edificio, malas almohadas, tapa del retrete más pequeña por lo que se mueve, vecinos con la música muy alta hasta la madrugada.

Pretty large apartment with two bedrooms and an equipped kitchen. Location is good, not so far from the center, there are stores and cafes nearby, and it's easy to find a free parking. The bathroom is good.

The sofa is in poor condition and needs refreshing; there is a smell in the apartment.
