Sueño de Sevilla, Apartamento en la Alfalfa

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Alle schönen Plätze in der Innenstadt sind zu Fuß innerhalb 15-30 Minuten gut erreichbar. Ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich unmittelbar gegenüber vom Haus. Das Haus ist stilvoll und auch praktisch eingerichtet. In der Semana Santa hat man auf der Dachterrasse und auf den kleinen Balkonen einen sehr schönen Blick auf die vorbeiziehenden Prozessionen. Der Betreiber hat immer sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und war insgesamt sehr zuvorkommend und behilflich.

Dies betraf uns nicht, aber das Haus ist durch die 4 Stockwerke und Stiegen halt nicht geeignet für Menschen mit beschränkter Mobilität.

Sadly the experience with this property felt short of expectations and we were sold a 3 bedroom place when it only has 2. We had to use the sofa bed with a painfully thin mattress in a small sitting room (the sofa bed had to be put away every morning so that the sitting room could be used). There was only hot water for one shower - after that the next person had to wait. The building is narrow with steep stairs. The kitchen/dinner is tiny, with high chairs not suitable for young or unfit people. The main bathroom has a sliding door that does not fit and doesn't close. There were two parallel conversations with the owner, one complaining about the lack of replies on our part, the other thanking us for the information, this was quite disorganised and disjointed. The building is in a busy and noisy street, with a bar on the ground floor.

Lovely apartment, great location central to most tourist attractions...

Advertised as 3-bedroom...was a 2 bedroom with a sofabed in the living room. Also the door of the bathroom on the first floor was a sliding door with large gaps around and no door lock...we were a mixed party and would have preferred more privacy....
