Very good communication with hosts who were welcoming and attentive. Good quality accommodation, well furnished with some nice touches like biscuits and tea/ coffee, milk, oil salt and pepper supplied. Comfortable beds and quiet area 1 mile from the centre of Norwich. Hosts very receptive to constructive feedback.

Lack of recycling information. Booking.com listing out of date. We were pleasantly surprised to have WiFi and a TV which weren't in the listing.
