Liiiving in Porto - Aliados Stone Apartment

It was beautiful and easy to check on and communication was perfect. It was in a great location.

The only thing we did not like was the beds which we found uncomfortable. There was an issue with the water in one of the showers Other than that we found everything great.

Attractive and stylish with good natural light. Neighbourhood is good and reasonably close to tourist attractions but noisy at night. Comfortable mattress.

You wouldn’t give access code to us initially because you hadn’t seen that we had paid the tax. Things missing - tea towel, kitchen sink plug, towel rails. Pillows terrible and sheet too small on double bed. Not enough toilet paper. When we contacted you to get a tea towel we had no reply, had to use hand towel to dry dishes.

Lovely apartment. super responsive hosts for any questions. It worked out great to be slightly outside the historic centre and we explored more but left with tired legs from lots of walking. Having 2 rooms and separate bathrooms was lovely and the kitchen/living was a great space. Loved staying here and highly recommend

Could have been closer for our needs as we did walk more than expected and would probably go for something slightly closer to the river but also that's because my mum is a bit older

The location was perfect, close to everything but out of the nightlife hotspots

This is a very small space that was probably a studio or a very small one bedroom at best. The other "room" is literally a closet-like space in the living room and has no windows or shelves, hangers, or even space to open a small suitcase. The beds are very tiny and not quite comfortable - though the double bed is comfier than single beds. The actual bedroom has its own bathroom, but it's too small and very uncomfortable to use. The room itself is also tiny and cave-like. The "french balcony" are only windows with a fence. It was also noisy during the night - mostly people hanging in the streets and talking/yelling. The check-in is very late, moreover - when we arrived at the check-in time, the apartment wasn't ready and the cleaners had just started working on it (they were very kind and it was not in any way their fault!). All in all, I can only praise the location and the price for this place is outrageous! In retrospect, staying at a hotel would be a much better choice. At least we had the pleasure of watching the local protests for affordable housing and against the AL and condo buildings - hope they manage to put an end to this madness!

Bedrooms are a bit small

The location is fantastic. We walked everywhere , very central yet quiet. Lots of light in the apt which I love. Two baths, essential for our family, both very convenient. Host was always attentive and and met our requests. Overall very good value and the location in the heart of Porto, next to many restaurants and bars make this an excellent pick!
