Excellent host very responsive. Great property location also excellent. Clean and tidy had everything we wanted

The apartment was very clean and very pretty. The terrace was nice and cozy; the host left for us coffee, tea, milk and cookies.

Easy check-in with pic and the key box is just outside the main door. Very large apartment a few steps from royal mile. We enjoyed the little walk to old town without a bus or taxi. 6 of us had a great time and there properly would have been room for another person! Sofa bed was nicely made when we arrived. Two bathrooms were important for our large family. What a bargain for the price we paid. It was very clean and equipped with all amenities. Big supermarkets and little convenient shops are nearby, around the corner. Kathy the host has been available throughout since our booking, so friendly and proactive and quick in answering our questions and helping us out. A great cozy place to stay with family and the pricing is so competitive too. Highly recommend!

It was clean and conveniently located.

It is not a property for 7 adults. It is good for a family of 4 or may be 5 but not all adult. All the amenities were fit for 4-5 persons including kitchen utensils. It is selling in booking.com but the house rules are like Airbnb s. I have repeatedly asked the owner that whether it is suitable for 7 adults, she ensured that it is a big enough space for 7 adults, which is not. Beds are very uncomfortable. Most of all, it is not value for money.

Nice quiet location. Retail park walking distance for provisions.

The apartment was perfect for our family stay and the host kept in contact my email and ensured everything was ready for our stay when we arrived. There was tea, coffee and milk which we were grateful for, the sofa bed and cot were made up for us. The apartment was clean and tidy, very quiet and cosy and warm and we all slept really well. The location was perfect with parking on site and only a 6 minute taxi ride into the city centre. Would definitely recommend.
