Småting hadde gjort det helt perfekt: søppelkasse på hvert rom eller i sengene, at de ansatte kunne engelsk, juice (ikke bare kaffe og te) til frokost. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd, dette er bare noen tips

breakfast was good - located in the center , beds are comfortable, the lady was very kind and helpful , the hostel is very very clean. i was very happy to stay there and would go back again

I asked to check in early at 11AM but arrived at 9AM, and was greeted by the rudest Kazakh woman I have ever met. She kept the door locked and talked to me through a window, refusing my check in. She also doesn’t speak English, unlike listed on Booking. Before being able to explain my situation, she walked away and I had to call her over again. She still refused to let me check in, and walked away again!! I finally got her to open the door and let me store my luggage, and she told me to check in is at 2PM and I could not check in at 11AM. Like mentioned in other reviews, this was the younger of the two staff. The older one is nice and fine. If you hate your job so much, just quit. You make your country and your people look bad to tourists, especially since you’re one of the first people tourists talk to. I was in West Kazakhstan, and all the people I met were very friendly, unlike this lady in Almaty.

Sehr bequeme Betten. In der Schlafkabine war ausreichend Platz und es war sauber. Die Atmosphäre unter den Frauen war sehr gut und rücksichtsvoll. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, man hat auch die Möglichkeit Tee/Kaffee zu kochen. Die Stadt oder Metro war fußläufig erreichbar.

Ich konnte zuerst den Eingang nicht finden, da sich dieser im Untergeschoss befindet, nach längerem Suchen habe ich es doch gefunden. Eine genauere Beschreibung wäre sehr hilfreich.
