"Horrible reservation"

The apartment was not clean, walls were torn apart in several areas, dirty pillows/bedding, locks to sliding doors did not work, and the list goes on. I did not even stay at the property, and didn’t receive my money back either. The property manager was awful. I wish booking.com would be more vigilant of the properties they list in their website.
