The receptionist Thobeka and Marcia they were very friendly from the day we arrived on Friday 20th March till 22nd March 2026. Our room the Ndebele village was very nice and comfortable a wonderful experience. Catherine the house keeping lady very bubbly person enjoys her work our room was very clean. Haaaaa the breakfast kept us full for the day we didn't have to eat lunch as it was very satisfying and fulfilling. The restaurant staff very friendly Mr Chris kept us laughing with his jokes. Keep up the good work..... We can recommend this exceptional experience.

Suggestion on bigger shower heads. Other than that everything was superb.

My husband and I stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. We arrived quite late on our first evening, but the staff kindly waited for us and even ensured we were still able to enjoy dinner — such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The staff were incredible throughout our stay — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was excellent, and every meal was thoroughly enjoyable. Our room was very comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax and rest.

The lighting in the room could be slightly improved, but this did not take away from an otherwise fantastic stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special!
