No elevator ,not enough pillow and sheet and towel .almost nothing is provided.charged for 1 extra blanket 15 euros. The electric kettle was rusted. Stayed for 3 days with one towel.

Lokalizacja rewelacja, wygoda, apartament przestronny. Samo centrum, naprzeciwko sklep spożywczy, kilka kroków do piekarni, kawiarnie, restauracje w zasięgu ręki. Tuż obok wypożyczalnia rowerów.Szybkie i sprawne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Czysta i świeża pościel, dużo ręczników. Klimatyzacja sprawna, szybko schłodziła mieszkanie.

Warto uzupełnić sztućce, drzwi tarasowe wymagają dużej siły aby je zamknąć.

Location was super! Lovely patio and nice apartment. Self check-in was easy.

Comfortable apartment located in the centre of Desenzano near the lake shore, the piers and the beaches.

Location and Space in the appartment.

No hand soap in the bathroom, not enough toilet paper for a six day stay. The Kitchen could have had some basics like Salt, pepper, a sponge to clean up and wipe surfacers.

Location, the room itself is good

1. The registration process is tediously long and requires uncomfortably too much info like a selfie with a photo ID and signing a lease agreement 2. No safe provided 3. Bad has a plastic under the sheet and sheets are made of an unusually ruff fabric(designed for the curtains?), not accommodating at all. Had to use towels to compensate 4. No iron provided 5. The aircon is set to switch itself off in 2 hours, you'd need to wake up and switch it back. 6. Advertised as a hotel but it's an apartment (maybe we just misread the ad)

With 4 people and sofa bed in use, limited space to cook or sit as no outside space in our apartment

Perfect location in town center, nice apartment, spacious, comfy bed and pillows, well-equipped kitchen.

There was a constant squeaky noise in the bedroom that came from above, day and night.
