Studio Double. Own bathroom, shared kitchen

The property was clean and tidy with good facilities in my room and in the shared kitchen

The check in was non existent, no one at property, no answer on the phone no text or email with instructions for door code, had to seek help from the Bewdley Inn next who were very helpful, the property owner told them she was having trouble with her phone but as business owner surely had a backup of iPhone or laptop to send me email. Not even a personal apology to what happened won't stay there again.

Landlord didn’t even let us in said he doesn’t take bookings from this site

Bin not empty. Noisy due to window not closing properly. No cups/mug in room.means having to carry tea/coffee up 3 flights of stairs.

It was so relaxing and quiet The lady was so welcoming on the phone and it was beautiful

It would have been lovely with a shower bit other than that Gorgeous
