Location just were we wanted to be.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and we only had a 2 bedroom apartment. We wanted 2 double bds and got 1 double and 2 singles. We were accused of having 3 people in the apartment when we only had the 2 of us. There was no heating as advertised The dryer did not dry our clothes The shutter on the main bedroom window could not be raised and prevented fresh air and sunlight entering The bedroom with the 2 single beds had no windows or ventilation The drain in the shower was not working so the bathroom floor flooded every time we had a shower. This was a safety/slipping hazard as well as needed to be moped up each time we showered No tea Tea Towels or paper wipes to dry anything washed in the kitchen Basically it failed to deliver to the level it was advertise at and what we booked - very unhappy with Bookings.com and the host.

The stay was not bad, we had comfortable beds to sleep. But there were many small dissapointing details. For example, entering the apartment was very confusing. Even though we were given details how to enter, but they were not fully accurate.. That kept us wandering around the building for quite some time. Another thing was the kitchen stove not working so we could not cook anything. And when contacting the staff about it, we were given no answer. Also, the neighbours above us were very loud and the street noise overnight was loud. Shower drain does not work properly so when showering all the water flows on the floor.

Central, well positioned. Clean. The host was very helpful on the phone.

It was smaller than I expected. It said that it has four, but really it was a family rather than four adults. Only three comfy seats in the lounge area. The shower base was too shallow and water spilled out. A bit too hot really at night, but too noisy to open the windows.
