Very Clean. 2 min stroll to beach. Light & airy. Washing Machine

A deep step up into shower.

Its location to the beach of Little Kaiteriteri was excellent. Good communication with the property manager. The bed was comfortable.

The sofas were grubby. You hit your head on the television when you sat down at the table. There was noise from the above apartment which I only found in a warning link after we stayed there. The freezer compartment in the fridge was broken. The cost of the apartment ended up being $958, I’m sure this was more than originally advertised, and certainly more than it was worth.

Quiet, excellent blackout curtains, close to beach, birds come and go.

There is a wasp nest forming in a punga log outside the Unit 9 - in the garden. You need to deal with it before it becomes a BIG problem.

Great location. Beach is 5 minute walk away.

Great apartment with all the facilities needed for our stay - great kitchenette. Comfy bed in a seperate bedroom. Excellent location as it was across from Little Kaiteriteri beach, and only a short walk over the hill to Kaiteriteri restaurants.

Shower did not have hot water on one occasion. Also the shower did not drain properly.

The location is good - a three minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to Kaiteriteri. And there's parking just outside the unit.

This unit is under a house. That means it is dark and cold. Those are the good points. There's very little flat space to put things on: the kitchen area has all its drawers and cupboards filled with utensils and crockery, so there's no space to store food apart from the fridge and the counter. But worst of all is the noise from the house above. You can hear their conversations, the screech when they move chairs, the thumping as they walk around above you. Earplugs don't help much. If you're at all sensitive to noise, DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!
