Unit 4 Kaiteri Apartments and Holiday Homes

The self contained apartment was excellent in every way. We stayed here 5 nights and prepared a proper meal each night using the 4 infra red hot rings, the microwave and good sized fridge. Plenty of hot water available, car parking right outside the access door. Great location, 3 mins walk to lovely sandy beach. Great view from No 4 towards the beach The internal size and facilities were perfect

Good size room, clean and comfortable. Nikki was very responsive when we raised a couple of minor issues.

We assumed that a kitchen would include an oven so we were put out to find it didn't, having bought a pizza! However Nikki was able to tell us which unit was equipped and the residents were very helpful! All turned out good in the end.

the location was perfect within walking distance to a very nice beach. Close to the center of Kaiteriteri and easy access to the Abel Tasman Tracks out of Marahau. The place was sweet more studio apartment than full house. Everything worked well, the apartment was light filled and comfortable, the shower was good, the bed comfortable and the host very responsive. We would return again in a heartbeat.

The kitchen was smaller than expected. No oven or dishwasher and a small refrigerator. It was still functional but I misunderstood when I booked that it was more of a kitchenette than a full kitchen. Wish there had been a dryer but the washing machine was appreciated.

Nice location, 5mins walking to little Kaiteriteri. Pretty view on the water from the balcony. Was a good relaxing time
