The location was the best part of the stay. We also appreciated having what felt like one of the few real specialty coffee places in Catania just about 20 meters away.

The apartment itself was acceptable, but unfortunately our stay was seriously affected by the water issue and by the very limited equipment in the apartment. For several hours the water was not usable and was only coming drop by drop. We contacted the host, followed the instructions we were given, restarted the water motor and tried the kitchen valve/knob, but nothing changed at the time. During the night the water came back, but together with a visible leak outside, which we recorded on video. Because the water was not usable for several hours, we could not use the apartment normally, including showering, washing, and cleaning the dishes before leaving. We also did not receive a clear solution or estimated time during the night, which made the situation stressful. In addition, although the apartment is listed as furnished/equipped, in reality the kitchen equipment barely covered the minimum. There was no proper oven tray available for almost the entire stay. The host was not able to provide one until near the end of our stay, and on the last day, shortly before the water issue, we were given only a disposable tray. This is not a practical or adequate replacement for a proper oven tray, especially for preparing normal meals during a stay of several nights. The gas for the hob also seemed to be almost finished, which made cooking even less convenient. Overall, the kitchen equipment did not feel sufficient or practical for a multi-night stay. We understand that the water issue may have been related to the water company, but from a guest’s point of view, the lack of usable running water and the lack of timely support during the night significantly affected our stay. We hope these issues will be checked properly so future guests do not experience the same problems.

Świetne apartamenty, jest wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu.

Lokalizacja, wielkość apartamentu

Podwórko z kamienicami w remoncie, początkowy dyskretny zapach stęchlizny w apartamencie, który z czasem na szczęście wywietrzał.

Wielkość apartamentu, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne, czysto, cicho odpowiedni dla rodzin z dziećmi. Apartament jest 2 poziomowy, w formie raczej szeregowca brak gości pod i na apartamentem co jest dużym plusem przy posiadaniu głośnych dzieci. Apartament jest w podwórzu więc jest bezpiecznie, dobre wifi. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Warto skorzystać.

Odległość do centrum, dla nas jednak nie tak blisko. Katania sama w sobie nas nie urzekła jest dość mocno brudno u nas jednak jest dużo czyściej.

Lokacija je dobra, sadržaji i čiistoća zadovoljavajući, briga o gostima vrhunska!

Kreveti su jako loši i neudobni.

Duży, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Czystość bez zarzutu. Plus za klimatyzację. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Widać, że uwagi gości są uwzględniane np. w łazience był dodatkowy grzejnik (poprzedni goście zwrócili uwagę na zbyt niską temperaturę).

Чудове місце розташування апартаментів, вхід з внутрішнього дворика, у якому тихо та не чути шум міста. Простора та чиста квартира, є все необхідне. Господарі завжди на зв'язку, допомагають у вирішенні усіх проблем.

Паркуватись у дворику заборонено, що не дуже зручно, якщо ви машиною. Низька стеля у спальні, але таке планування будівлі. Відсутня ковдра на одному ліжку, були лише тонкі пледи (для зимового періоду потрібно щось комфортніше).
