Has everything we needed for a family within reasonable budget cost.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly at the living room. But the customer service did try to address this. There is unpleasant smell at the toilet/living room area probably with septic tank not fully cleared?

Cosy convenient apartment, perfect for family of three. Great central location, night food market and convenience shops nearby. Good gym/fitness facilities. Will be even better when the swimming pool is in use.

Second room needs a curtain or blind on window.

Bang on central of the city which makes it easier to get to the main hub of Bandung easier.

The flooding in the bathroom during the shower. The bathroom floor drain doesn't work out the way it's supposed to be.

The building is a newly occupied business building. Facilities in the building is very new. The restaurants nearby are exceptional both price and quality. Beds are new and comfy.

The building itself is designed base on office use. The occupancy is still very low and alot of interior construction here and there. Making the air con filter very dirty. The piping design also is not designed for household use as well.... The smell from the grease trap fills the unit everytime I use the kitchen sink. The swimming pool was also on maintenance during my stay.... Meaning not full amenities were available. If I had known... I could have spent my nights elsewhere.
