Top of Family Occupied House Double Room with Free Parking in York

Absolutely fantastic stay! Only a 15 minute drive or bus ride into town, bus stop was a few minutes walk from the house. It was clean, big room with loads of storage and the bathroom had all the essentials you could need (toothpaste, schampoo, conditioner, body wash). The owner was so friendly and was an absolute star and drove us to a bus stop because of heavy rain! Can't recomend this place enough.

Off road parking available. Close to A64 so really easy to find. Nice relaxed atmosphere within the house in general. Little boy showed me my room which was really cute. Nice and clean. Bathroom was more than adequate and there were toiletries available to use if required. Room was plenty big enough with hot drink making facilities. Lots of information leaflets for the tourist. Overall a very pleasant one night stay. Reasonably priced compared to hotels in the area.

The property was immaculate. The room was warm and comfortable and faultlessly clean, as was the en-suite and the host was very welcoming.

My only criticism was that albeit there was a coffee machine in the room, there was no option to make a cup of tea but this is simply personal preference.

Self contained ensuite room within a family home. Plenty of space and lots of toiletries supplied.
