Location in the very center.

Disgusting. The staff did not answer. It is dirty inside, flies, bad smell. It is very difficult to find the key: they say, take the key and you have to look for it in 10 (!) boxes. It is not written in which box the key is. Then you have to return the key in the same box, they threaten with a fine. The box is not near the hotel! I do not recommend contacting these people.

My train was scheduled late than usual, so I decided to take a nap before I travel home. I have booked this room and payed the city tax via Revolut. My first problem was that I couldn't find the keys in the lockbox as there were more than 10 boxes on the same bike holder. I tried to open them one by one while homeless people and drunk youngsters whatched my every move. After several tries I gave up and sent the refund request to the owner, which was naturally rejected. Finally I didn't used the room at all. And yesterday, almost 1 month after this story, the owner sent me an SMS to don't forget to pay the city tax?!? No comment

When I was asking the staff about possible parking they didnt respond, only when they wanted a council tax they texted me (which they raised from 3€ to 3.5€ per person) When we arrived there was a family renting one of the rooms in the apartment, which would be okay, but because the child was crying they were constantly screaming at him, using swear words etc. It continued even after 22:00, so we had to rebook our stay in another hotel because we wanted to get some sleep for our flight in the morning.

Unless you book all the rooms in this flat, DON'T go there at all. The owner obviously doesn't care about who lives there and can enter the flat. We were supposed to be there two nights but ended up leaving on the first evening. The person in the room next to us got into a FIGHT with a person not living in the flat. There was loud banging, threats, calling for help and police. We were scared, locked ourselves in the room and called the POLICE. (The police couldn't be less helpful btw) Eventually the fight ended and we left asap. I wrote to the owner, I may have left out some info as I was stressed and all they cared about was me paying city tax. No apology, no offer to give my money back, only asking for MORE MONEY. The city tax in BA is 3€, not 3,5€. Never again. Also the water in the shower was super cold for like the first 5 min. Then it started going from cold to hot to cold...

The location is perfect and the communication with the owner was good as well.

The apartment was giving me quite a dirty impression, especially the common room, kitchen and the bathroom were not very clean. It was cold in there and there was a strong smell of gas leaking which is impossible not to notice when entering the apartment. I find it very irresponsible and ignorant from the side of the owner.

So, where do I start? As soon as we arrived we found A LOT of stairs, very dirty stairs, with no lightning. The room is on the 2nd floor, imagine going up in pitch dark. Then, as soon as we opened the front door we smelled leaking gas from the stove. It was a very strong smell. There is no ventilation at all, we had to open at least a window, not to get intoxicated. Then, we went to our room and it was super dirty and a lot of mosquitos. Room was covered in dust and fluff everywhere. When it was time to shower we noticed that we only had 1 big and 1 small towel, for 2 persons for MORE than a whole week! We asked for them to be changed but these were changed on the 7th day (disgusting). Also, toilet and sink are in separate rooms?! If there were people showering, we cannot wash our hands after toilet use! And the sink, you can barely fit both hands. One cannot hang the shower-head as water will shoot directly out of the shower, apart from shower being super small. And can you imagine sharing just ONE roll of toilet paper for all 3 rooms with at least 2 persons each. This is a joke! And what about maintenance? A total disaster and dangerous. One can see tiles coming off on the countertop. Booking .com advertised that City TAX was €3 per person per night. However, this was actually €3.50. We were given misinformation. We knew that room was not equipped with a TV but not even in the common areas. The worst thing was that when we came to leave, taxi was waiting outside andthe common gate of the apartments was disconnected from electricity and could be opened with keys ONLY! Obviously we had no keys as these were put in a locked letterbox before check-out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
