Lovely studio fully equipped near subway N1

Great location, really 5-7 mins on foot from the subway. Two supermarkets and one department (all-purpose) store in close vicinity. Not a crowded district. Friendly staff.

1. This place used to be a warehouse probably, where the top floors were converted to apartments. The place has virtually no ventilation. Humidity reached 90+ degrees. 2. AC was not working, and with constant rain and temperature of 7-15 degrees outside it was impossible to dry and warm up the place. Moreover, when it rained, the water came down the walls inside through the AC, and there was black mold on the ceiling and walls around the AC. The staff gave me a dehumidifier on the third day, but it could decrease the humidity only to 78%, and only if it was constantly working. 3. The shower let the water out, and if you took a shower for longer than 4-5 mins, the water went to the lobby/kitchen/main area. 4. I see that the staff tried to keep the place clean overall, but there still was hair from the previous dweller (probably a lady of 50+) in the kitchen and bathroom, a dirty curtain, and greasy pans.

Que no hubiera ascensor. Demasiadas escaleras para un primer piso. Esceso de obras en el barrio y fincas colindantes.

very convenient location near the airport, water pressure and A/C were great. Make sure you are good walking up a few flights of stairs.

Where to enter the door code was a little tricky to figure out but I was able to manage. I do think the hosts could be more clear about the location is on the first floor but up two flights of stairs.
