Das Apartment ist sehr nah an der berühmten Promenade und fussläufig zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind überall.

It was close to the University and the Sea. Nvery beatiful neighborhood.

Very roomy apartment which comfortably housed a family of five. The location is great and has many amenities nearby. It was really nice to have separate rooms for the kids and adults. The kitchen has everything you need.

Not really a problem with the apartment itself but parking in the area can be challenging. I would recommend parking in the city hall underground car park which is nearby at approx 20 EUR per day so that should be factored on

Nice beds and linens, living room and bedroom balconies overlook the park and one bedroom has a view of the water. The building itself has a classic interior design. Close to all sorts of good shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The bathroom is quite small, especially the shower, but everything was neat, clean and usable. Relaxing in the bath is a plus.

The welcome, the location, the view. The hostess was very kind. We will visit again.
