1. The place is quite pleasant. My mom and I liked the vibe of the room as well as the property overall. 2. The staff is extremely warm, and the service is good. 3. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. Overall, a good experience. Basic amenities are provided, but a hair dryer and bathroom mat were missing.
1. The food is decent—not great. On the last night of my stay, the dinner was not good, and the staff didn’t make much effort to replace it. Overall, it’s manageable. However, the food is extremely expensive and totally not worth the price. If the food is genuinely fresh and the kitchen hygiene is top-notch, I would be okay paying that much—but there’s no way to know. The breakfast buffet could have been much better. 2. The stay was quite expensive as well, possibly because I booked at the last minute during the holiday season. 3. I’m not really sure if this qualifies as a 5-star hotel.
