Upstairs neighbor made a lot of noise all night till 3AM.

Felt like home

There is nothing other than it was rainy and cold. And that wasn’t the property’s fault

Location

Left a day early.Cause it was not sanitized and kitchen floor was so sticky you would get stuck.The place smelled terrible.The beds where like sleeping on concrete.And froze the first night cause the thermostat was locked.The office manager did send there heating and air person to check it and unlock the thermostat.And stated he would refund us fifty dollars.I told him about the floors the only thing he said was yeah sometimes he has to get on the cleaning crew.And got woke up at 3 in the morning first night with a cat in the unit.

Location was outstanding. Facilities are super nice. Easiest check in. Close to the beach. Condo just as pictured

Great space and location close enough to the beach. Host were attentive.

The fans and air filters are full of dust

The security was top notch I felt safe being that I had to leave to help my wife with her 3rd shift job in the middle of the night. So I felt completely safe

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, I arrived at 4pm on the dot. it took me a while to actually figure out where exactly was the villa, which that wasnt the issue, issue was, on our way there (4 a hour drive) I receive the Welcome Email with instructions for check in, and pad lock code and other details, perfect, Air BnB style which my family and I are very used to this because we very much travel and use AirBnB this time during this time of the year in Myrtle Beach Air BnB was not available for the group of ppl and if needed to accept pets, my daughter has a services cocker spaniel a very good dog. 1. the door didnt open for over 1 hour and 30 mins after check in time, no where inthe email did they provide a phone number to call, no one in that place new who were they, i booked through Book.com, i called customer services, they said i had to go to front desk, there isnt any front desk these are appartment villas, let me remind you, it is 37 degrees out and I am already loosing my voice, i find a phone number on theroyalplace website when i dial its seems like its a cellphone, goes into a vm i continue to dial about 6 times finally a woman answers with a baby crying in the background and I explain, she gives the phone to a man, i also explain and he confirms the code he sent i try it at the door and he said yes thats it you opened it, i said sir the door is jammed locked, it does not opened, by the way, my husband is 6 feet tall weighs 267lbs he is a weight lifter and he tried opening the door several times he couldnt open the door and all he said overr the phone was i apologized and there are several restaurants near by while my maintenance guys come by. 30 mins after the maintenance guy fixed the door. 2 hours later no hot water in any of the showers or sinks in the entire both units, i left the water running for more than 45 mins, they are going to have a high water bill this month, also we all left to eat we missed our event thanks to these people.
