Great location, nice extra bedroom and good sized bathroom

Mattresses were not comfortable, they are very thin and don’t provide good support. The air conditioning in the living room is not working properly, needs servicing to provide necessary cooling during hot weather.

Miguel the man who met us at the apartment was very helpful. He showed us everything and sent us links to various things and restaurants. He even offered to book us a taxi when we were leaving very early to go to the airport.

There are a number of broken chairs in the dining/lounge area and they have been for quite a while according to previous reviews. These need to be replaced before a guest injures themselves. Also their is water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom as well as mould covering a portion of the ceiling. This is a health risk.

Location. Close to major attractions. Walkable. Lots of restaurants around. Enough sleeping quarters for us. Cozy place. Clean kitchen and plenty of household items for use. Host was very responsive with video instructions for things like how to open the doors and where extra bedding was.

Nothing except a few furniture may need upgrades. The elevator would not work if people forgot to close the door.

The location was perfect but the check in was difficult. Had to walk a distance with luggage and very hard to find the unit. Dining Furniture very old and rickety. Could only use 2 chairs.

Missing a few items in the kitchen. Extra dish towels and singe to wash the dishes!

We had no complimentary coffee capsules, when it is normally there for the other guests.
