Spacious Farmhouse between St Agnes & Porthowan

Beautiful very well maintained clean and comfortable. The owners were so friendly and helpful the garden which was a large strip apart from our garden which was private for us we could walk through the long gardens with kind permission of the owners which was perfect. Small brook with waterfalls with fish in the ponds surrounded by Cornish beauty was excellent Bedrooms were clean and comfortable and very well maintained and furnished Showers and bath were all new and stylish best shower I’ve had in a long time Kitchen was new and very stylish with everything you could wish for in a property of this high standard including outdoor pizza oven and barbecue Very quiet and peaceful Lounge areas again very well maintained cleans and books movies games tv all available Own parking space off-road We were a group of 5 and it suited us perfectly we were all very happy to stay here Photos below of places we visited apologies forget to take some of the farmhouse Thank you Glenda and Jim for allowing us to stay in your beautiful accommodation We all highly recommend this property

Lovely, spacious and peaceful with a great garden.

Very Clean, bed comfortable, pets friendly, strong recommend.

It honestly is one of the best places we have stayed . It’s spotlessly clean , the owners have out a lot of thought into this accommodation . The double bed with en-suite is really comfortable and the others guests said theirs was too.

The only thing I didn’t personally like was having to leave 😂. There’s absolutely nothing not to like . You must have a car though if you’re wanting to go out and about.

Beautiful and peaceful garden. Lovely outdoor space. Sociable communal areas. Well equipt kitchen. 3 bathrooms, great for 3 couples. Very close to the Coast Path.

King bed very squeaky. I know it is a very old cottage but it did smell a bit damp and musty.

Location was excellent the beds so comfortable and the facilities excellent . The owners so hospitable and welcoming

Hosts were brilliant, greeted on arrival, local knowledge, assistance with car issues and a fab bottle of wine for a birthday. House was immaculate, well equipped kitchen and bbq area, plenty of space for 6 people. Outside space was superb with a dining table, picnic benches, private patio and gardens beautifully maintained by the hosts. We didn't venture through the garden into the wooded area opposite, it did however appeal to us. Location was ideal for us as we intended to explore the south of Cornwall by car. Beautiful, quiet beach with a bar and cafe within a few minutes drive. We visited St Agnes, St Michaels mount (free for NT), Eden, Perranporth, St Ives and the north coast tin mines. Its worth noting that the South of Cornwall is very accessible via the new A30. All in all a perfect holiday for a mix of walking and beach.
