Luxury Home in Penderyn - Waterfall Country

Everything! very nice big house, good location, well decorated, fantastic place to stay!

Great accommodation in a great location for exploring the Brecon beacons. Very helpful host. Can highly recommend this accomodation.

Very near the distillery…and also near our relatives which was a bonus too.

Hard to find as the sat nav takes you to a community centre. We had to try and identify the property from the photos off the website.

The location was excellent. The property was modern and warm. There was lots of space and the beds were comfortable

The seating in the lounge area was uncomfortable. There was one sofa and two bench seats. The bench seats were not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. There was no welcome pack with WiFi information or general instructions/ local information. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in when we arrived.

We loved the location as we wanted to be near the Penderyn Distillery. Also it was within reasonable driving distance to visit the waterfalls and Cardiff. The house was clean and welcoming, with a very modern feel. We liked that you could park the car right outside and would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

We found the sofa in the living room very hard to sit on but we spent most of our time in the sitting room without the TV. We like to play games so we used the table with chairs to sit around which was more comfortable. Also we didn't like the saucepans and baking trays as the non stick was peeling off and for health reasons didn't like using them. A set of new pans and a wok for family size cooking would solve this as the kitchen is beautiful. It was just let down by the saucepans.

The showers in both bathrooms didn’t have enough pressure and stopped working mid shower where they lost pressure. This happened even when showering at different times to try and prevent this.

Helpful, friendly welcoming host. Incredibly clean. Lovely kitchen. Excellent location. Nice patio area. Great bedrooms. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Lovely dining room.

Showers were intermittent. Not sufficient comfortable seating in living room - one seat felt like a hard board! Could have done with a bit more crockery and a mixing bowl… but plenty of glasses!! Thanks 🤩
