Co operative staff

The room was not clean , there were a lot of cockroaches and mosquitoes and also we were not allotted the room that they showed us during booking.

Nothing as they denied me room

Even though I had booked a room, they informed me that they have already allocated my room to somebody else and that there is no room available for me. Hence, I had to venture out in the night to find a new room.
