Loved the location and great to sit on the balcony opposites Casemates watching the world go by.

Loved the area ( Ocean Village) .. loved the view although it can be noisey with the street traffic .. nice furniture and facilities

Regrettably there were a few maintenance issues and went on until the second day 😔

The only good thing was where it was positioned

Not 1 bed flat only studio flat and clearly incorrectly advertised. It says pools which implies they are on the same building they are not ! No directions to anywhere that’s recommended just a name of a place and how far away it was or where to access the pool or obtain pool passes The bed is advertised as being a very large double bed but it’s not it’s a normal double I have measured it ! Bed needs replacing squeaks and groans and very uncomfortable so much so that my partner spent the time sleeping on the sofa … they clearly haven’t slept on it … They have spare pillows in the wardrobe for use I assume however there are no pillowcases on them so they are unusable. The fridge is not fix in properly and when you open it it tips forward A month of so before we travelled they acknowledged receipt of the details they needed for the pool access and then the night before we went advised me that they hadn’t received them ! They advise / advertise that you can have an early check in and then advise that they don’t do it

Nothing didn’t like, however the bathroom sink did have a problem with draining

Lovely apartment in a very nice and in a great area. There are many restaurants nearby. The room was very clean.

The apartment was advertised as €97 for the night. After placing the booking we were charged +£70 for extra charges, which after inquiring I was told were for city tax and £69 for cleaning. The property is also advertised as having a pool but to use the pool it’s an additional £15 per person. These charges should be included in the rate before booking or at least more transparency especially since it’s a no refundable booking. Street below can be noisy as well

Super lokalizacja, piękny widok z balkonu, apartament bardzo komfortowy i wygodny, dużo przestrzeni, wygodna kuchnia, możliwość zrobienia porannej kawy z ekspresu, parking niedaleko, super!

Bardzo niekomfortowy był brak recepcji w hotelu, miałam duże trudności z uzyskaniem klucza do apartamentu pomimo wcześniejszej rezerwacji bo przyjechałam późno, ok 21.30. Z powodu awarii mojego telefonu nie mogłam odebrać wiadomości z hotelu, a kiedy przyjechałam po 12 godzinach jazdy samochodem to po długich usiłowaniach skontaktowania się z obsługą musiałam w samochodzie wypełniać przesłane formularze, np ani ja ani mój mąż nie mogliśmy wprowadzić mojej daty urodzin, nie było to możliwe bo ten formularz nie umożliwił zmiany dat, koszmar, byłam bardzo zdenerwowana, mam 67 lat jestem naukowcem nauczycielem akademickim obeznanym z komputerem etc. ale trochę mniej z operacjami różnymi na telefonie. W końcu musieliśmy przesłać skany naszych dowodów osobistych i wtedy uzyskaliśmy kody do kluczy do apartamentu. Potem tylko 20 minut nerwów aby wydobyć klucz do apartamentu z kłódki do której nie działał podany kod. Masakra! Prawda że personel Pani i Pan bardzo mi pomogli, ale straciłam mnóstwo czasu i nerwów. Uważam, że brak recepcji wyklucza ludzi starszych z możliwości korzystania z przedmiotowego hotelu

Good location of apartments & value of money

No towel change for 4 days unless you paid an extra fee unhygienic. Only I toilet roll provided for 2 people for 2 people unless you paid more

Great location, lovely apartment, comfy sofa, and terrace.

Bed a bit springy. Noise outside, but that is part of location.

The property has everything we needed for a wonderful weekend

It was a little noisy at night, but to be expected given its great and central location
