La disposición del personal, su atención u respuesta rápida. La ubicación.

La falta de cuidado de la vivienda. Necesita arreglillos. En algunas viviendas se nota el cariño que pone el propietario. En ésta se ve que el interés es explotarla.

Nos encantó. Unas vistas preciosas a la ciudad. Muy cálido a pesar del frío.

El duchero se caía al levantarlo y estaba un poco bajo. Tampoco encontramos manera de encender los extractores de aire y vapor. Nada que opacara la experiencia.

Location is good. I knew the area from other visits to the city, that is the reason why I chose this apartment, but after my experience all I can say about the good location is that there are several accommodations all around, just a few meters away, that can give you the same advantage. The facilities were just okay, as expected kitchen, heater and washing machine were working.

First of all, in spite of giving precise information about the arrival time, the keys were not in the box where they supposed to be. It was raining and dark, we got wet while we tried to contact the number on the reservation to get some help, the answer on the phone was that someone would be there in five minutes. We went downhill to a terrace to be covered from the rain, and ten minutes after had to call again, they said something about someone picking up the luggage and leaving the keys there in ten minutes. We kept waiting, no one walk the way up to the building, so after more than half hour after the "ten minutes" were gone, we called again and they said the keys should be now in the box. They were there, so clearly someone from the building placed them there. We went in and saw the guy from downstairs rushing up to the apartment door and down, probably making sure the door was closed. We went into the apartment, it was looking tidy, although the bed linen was full of wrinkles, quite unusual for bed linen but we just thought it would be the "style". Anyways, we just wanted to take a shower and get dressed with dry clothes because we went all wet (since an hour ago). We found the toilet bin with paper, made a picture to send to the property next day because they were not reachable anymore at the time. We went out to eat something quick and got back straight to sleep. At the next day we woke up and while my husband was unpacking I was checking the kitchen and found the kitchen bin also full of rubbish, then checking around we just understood that the apartment wasn't cleaned after the last client left it! Probably someone staying just one or two nights. We contacted the property straightaway and they apologise and said that they would send someone to clean and bring fresh linen, I could not believe that we were sleeping in other people's used bed. The property offered to refund the first night to make up for the inconveniences.

Contact met verhuurder is snel en uitgebreid. Voorzieningen schoon en verzorgd. Prachtig uitzicht. Goede locatie voor alle bezienswaardigheden te kunnen bezoeken.

Douche/bad oud, maar goed te gebruiken.

Buenísima ubicación. Super céntrico. Muy cómodo para hacer turismo. La única pega es que no se puede acceder con coche hasta allí por estar dentro de la zona peatonal. Pero hay parkings cercanos. El apartamento está limpio y tiene todo lo necesario en la cocina, incluido detergente, estropajo, balleta y trapo. También había aceite, vinagre y sal. La cama y el sofá/cama bastante cómodos. Salón muy luminoso.

La bañera se ve un poco viejita, la porcelana está un poco dañada. Pero bien, no da asco ducharse.
