"Amennyiben tudtam volna, hogy félszuterén az ingatlan, nem foglaltam volna le."

Sajnos nem volt benne a leírásban, hogy az ingatlan félszuterén. Ebből adódóan sötét és dohos volt. Nem volt bekerítve a telek, többen betévedtek a kertbe.

A felszerelés hiányos volt, nagyon hiányzott pl.: egy mikrohullámú sütő a melegítéshez.
