フロントにてカード支払い時端末機器の不具合の為と説明後にカード決済したが二重請求されていたかと思われます（22000円）現在カード会社確認中以前も同じ事があり返金されましたホテル側は問題無しと回答あり5月24日16時以降電話にて確認（女性スタッフふてぶてしい態度及び言葉づかい）

以前も泊まりった事はありましてその時も快適に過ごしました、今回はネットで予約したので大丈夫か不安でしたがスタッフの方が優しく大丈夫ですよと声をかけていただいたのでほっとしました😊朝ごはんも美味しかったので食べ過ぎました場所的に交通の便も良いので友人も大変満足してました、又博多に行く時は利用させてくださいね、ありがとうございました😊

大浴場の着替える所が少し狭いかな？
