博多駅から近くて、改修が終わって部屋が綺麗だった雨の日でも、博多駅から濡れずに行ける

ロビーでタバコを吸っていて、ロビーじゅうにタバコの匂いがしてて不快だった。ロビーは禁煙にしてほしい

目の前にバスターミナル、博多駅も近くとても便利だった。雨の日に宿泊したが、ターミナルと駅まではほとんど濡れずに行くことができた。大浴場もあり良かった。

部屋の中の臭いが気になった。(言葉で表しにくい)　室内にある空気清浄機を使用してもダメだった。

・駅、バスセンターに近い。・温泉大浴場がある（そこまで広くはない) ・フロア毎の改装中らしく、改装済みフロアは廊下も部屋やバスルームも綺麗だった。・食事はブュッフェは和洋とそろっていて美味しかった、ある程度混むのは仕方ない。

・フロントはそのままでやや古く、扉付きではあるものの喫煙スペースがあるせいかタバコ臭を感じた。
