If I could give this zero stars I would! Nothing to like!

I booked this apartment for my daughter and her 2 friends. After our 4 hour train ride to get here, I planned to leave my daughter and her friends to it and head away on a solo get away. We arrived at the property and called the number only to be told that the booking had been cancelled 3 months previous.... Still yet to have the refund though and no notification of this! It then took us until 11:30 to find a new place to stay and it was too late for me to travel on by then. My daughter suffers with anxiety and this did not set her in a good mind frame for the weekend ahead celebrating her 18th birthday. I therefore had to cancel my own plans and stay with her. There was no options to travel home that night as the trains didn't run back home. Very disappointed and still yet to receive my refund!!!
