The fooda very limited. Cereal no milk served 😅. Ask the staff then they give the milk. The options very limited. No kids menu friendly. The topping up slow.

Just the room. Hear weird noises like moving of furniture at 3 - 4 am, doga barkimg around that hour.

Breakfast buffet. Weird beetroot porridge, plain porridge is better if you want.to serve pprridge Wierd ayam.kicap for breakfast Roasted sweet potato ok but not.rosted.beet root Nasi goreng a bit eggy Bihun also eggy No kuih or pastries Should have simple.continental breakfast Sausages, beans, hash brown, scrambled egga Malay breakfast such nasi lemak or nasi goreng and 1 noodle Toast Kuih karipap or popia Should have room.temperature milk to have with cereal. Please improve

Spacious for suite.

The receptionist attitude. I accidentally left my item behind and immediately called the receptionist 1 hour after checkout. She said someone will help check but she didn’t get back to me until i come back to the hotel. She keep insisting the item were not in the room but i still went to check myself & found the item on the sofa. The room still hasn’t been cleaned as she mentioned previously. After i showed her my item, she didn’t bother to apologise and keep insisting that the staff already checked. Keep lying to my face the room has been cleaned even though it’s obviously untouched. So disappointed. Will be the first & last time here. The breakfast also not worth it. Better to order food delivery instead.
