Great location within 10 min to Bologna Centrale station and supermarkets 20 min to the city centre

Walking distance to the train station and to the central part of Bologna. We walked everywhere. We were able to use the well equipped kitchen to prepare our meals, which we ate on the balcony. The full bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub. The WIFI was secure and worked well. The entire apartment was very clean, bed was comfortable. We could hear the trains during the day, but this did not keep us awake at night- very quiet environment for sleep. The modern elevator worked well; bringing us quickly up to the 5th floor.

Guests unfamiliar with the operation of the window blinds would benefit from written instructions or a demonstration from the host.

The communication before the stay was confusing and had concerns about a data breach / unsafe links shared. The checkin process and apartment access was complicated. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable, sagging in the middle and should be replaced. The dishwasher wasn’t working.
