Good size for our group of 6 people.

Difficult to find the building (directions privided are not adequate). Signs and rules everywhere insode the apartmemt made us feel unwelcome during the stay.

"An OK comfortable stay."

The apartment was cosy and warm.

Lots of “rules” plastered around the suite. The balcony of the suite is “private property” and is not accessible for people staying here. The shower has low pressure. The name of the building isn’t “pillowbrook” meaning the building was difficult to find, even with the provided instructions.

"Great location and very clean and pleasant apartment however the abruptly worded rules did not make us feel welcome."

Fantastic location .

Too many abruptly worded rules. Made us feel very uncomfortable. These could be worded differently to make visitors feel more welcome. Very hard to find building and information regarding access to building was incomplete . Having Said that the staff were very responsive to our difficulties accessing the property. Also There was not enough cutlery in the kitchen .

Clean and modern.

Aircon cannot be used. They took away the remote controller without informing. Booking.com over charged me S$100. They messager via my app also not working. The instruction for heater also not clear. Carpark need to park up the slope. Pillow so soft not ggod for support. No extra pillow.
