"Home is in a quiet neighborhood, with close access to all the attractions!"

Location was perfect ~ it was an easy, short drive to Dollywood, mountain trails and Gatlinburg. Heat worked great for the very cold temperatures we experienced! It was also nice having thermostat controls on both levels. My 11-year old granddaughter really enjoyed the little "cabin" under the stairs and sleeping on the top bunk.

There was a little confusion on my part about the "kids" room. I should have studied the picture better and realized there was a bunk bed (not a full bed as listed in the overview) along with the tent.

"Good"

We liked that it was fairly spacious and clean. Everything was provided that was necessarily needed.

We didn’t like that pillows and bed were not very comfortable at all. Also the floor creaked a lot. The shower head could use a major update.

Very comfortable, nice, and reasonably quiet. Out of the way, away from the hustle and bustle of town life, yet close enough to get to where you want to go, to do something fun or have dinner. Lovely home for friends or families to enjoy vacation time. Sweet backyard with patio.

We needed more towels for the bathrooms and kitchen but made due okay. Otherwise, little touches were present and thoughtful. Clean, comfortable home, with options for watching TV, re. streaming services, etc. Beautiful dining room table, chairs, and bench. Spacious rooms upstairs. I loved the sweet little signs and decorations.

"Family Weekend Getaway"

We stayed here with our family plus my parents, and the location was so close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The home was clean, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our boys ages 6 and 10 ESPECIALLY loved the kids' room bunk beds and tent. 😍 Our youngest kept "making s'mores" with the pretend fire, and both boys loved reading inside the tent. 💞
