Royal Ace Boutique Hotel - Manyata Techpark

The staff is professional, friendly and cooperative. They made my stay comfortable and smooth. I will definitely stay here again.

The lift is a bit slow.

Ac flap was not working and even after complaining they didnt do anything ..Couldnt sleep well due to that for the whole stay.So much of cleaning boys sound and diaturbance the whole day outside in the lobby,couldnt rest in peace and they gave me a room next to lift ..god it was hell.Even late night guests created havoc with sounds and no manners Toilet seat was dirty and broken.No hot water in sink.very limited breakfast.Post 10 pm stay hungry if u missed dinner,the restaurant wont pick up calls.Majority of the menu is not available and rubbish.Only chicken they have evrn though whole lust of prawns,fish,mutton are mentioned .No taste if food also .Though breakfast time is 7:30 am ,they will give breakfast only when they feel like snd have to wait 25 minutes to get anything to eat.Reception wont pick up phone after 10 pm even though we ring 100 times even if its emergency.Went with the reviews and bookedbut low graded hotel .Very worst hotel with no empathy to guest or their time spent there.Wont ever go or recommend.
