Cleanliness, warm apartment and good facilities

Not a big issue but I was expecting 2 actual bedrooms and not 1 bedroom and a living room. Also they should be more specific about parking, really wasn't expecting for me to drive around blocks looking for a space to park, especially that I don't know the area. And please add some decent sized mugs for coffee 😀

It is a modern apartment, in a new complex, everything is designed for a good stay. The beds were comfortable, there is enough space for a family with 2 children. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. The balcony is large and has a pleasant view. The location is very good, close to the center/mall within walking distance, safe area and with the possibility of finding a free parking space. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Will definitely return to this accommodation.

It was a very pleasant stay for us. The facilities in the apartment, furniture and bathroom fixtures are well maintained, everything worked well. We found a clean room, and the host was very helpful and supportive. Next time we are in Iași, we'll try to book the same accommodation. Highly recommended!

The location is not far from the center of the city. The building is new and the apartment look new and clean. The apartment design is well done and functional. the two rooms (one bedroom and the second is the living room, but easily used as a bedroom for one person or two. All needed for this was in place. The bathroom is big and comfortable. The kitchen can accommodate 3 persons for the meal. In general excellent apartment.

There is no dedicated parking or parking on the territory of the building. You need to find free parkin in the surrounding. It seems that this is not very difficult in this location. However you need to walk a little bit. There is no access into the yard of the building. Not very comfortable if you have heavy luggage.
