Everything amazing

View was amazing from the apartment, bear in mind there is 68 steps from the front door to the apartment with no lift, not an issue for us though. Great that each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower so great for 2 couples.

I highly appreciate: the excellent communication with the owner which is there for you at any time, the sparkling clean apartment and the loveliest cleaning lady Larisa, the space, the location. I could not say anything wrong about the property it was all perfect. I do want to mention something not related to the apartment but the entire area: parking is a huge headache .. people are coming from all areas in Tenerife to one of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife so being walking distance to that beach (Las Vistas) it makes parking impossible. We even park one kilometre away some evenings.

Superb property, extremely clean and amazing views over las vistas beach. Air conditioning was essential as it was particularly hot in July. 2 en-suite bedrooms were fantastic. We normally stay in hotels around Golden Mile but this was a refreshing change to stay in a Penthouse apartment. The hot water stopped working on day 2 , but messaged booking.com and resolved instantly. Great Host who was really helpful.

No fault of the apartments , but this is a renovated canarian building and as such there was no lifts. As the penthouse was on the 6th floor, there was a lot of steps from the main entrance to penthouse door (around 60 in total) Combined this with the fact the property is located quite high on the mountain, access from the local beach will involve a fair bit of physical effort due to the steep hills and steps. Just bear this in mind if you have mobility issues. It was totally fine for our party. We used taxis a fair bit which are pretty cheap.
