"Appartamento spazioso"

Appartamento in palazzina tranquilla, con balcone. Pulito e ordinato, camere spaziose. Posizione molto vicina al centro storico e al borgo antico con diversi buoni ristoranti.

Il congelatore non è utilizzabile. Non era presente un armadio in camera ma solo un appendiabiti nel corridoio. Da tenere a mente che si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore se qualcuno ha passeggini/carrozzine.

Die Nähe zum Altstadt,Waschmaschine ,ruhige Nachbarschaft

Extrem laute Straße Mann konnte nicht die Fenster aufmachen wegen dem Lärm und der Balkon ist ein Witz das Haus selber total verkommen Bruchbude Wohnung selber sehr sparsam eingerichtet kein Kleider Schrank nur eine Stange draußen zum aufhängen alles andre abgeschlossen Klimaanlage nur in die Küche und zwei Windräder

Cucina ben attrezzata

Posizione pessima zona rumorosa Clima non funzionante!! E il.propietatio fa finta di non saperlo impossibile dormire dal caldo Stabile vecchio. Soggiorno Pessimo Host pignolo su tutto quando dovrebbe essere pignolo nell'aggiustare l'aria condizionata Armadio chiuso con lucchetto che senso ha non abbiamo potuto riporre i vestiti ma tenuti in valigia per tutto il soggiorno.

La struttura, esternamente molto datata, è invece ben strutturata all'interno. Utile a chi non interessa mare e spiaggia (c'è da camminare!), decisamente comoda per la visita al centro storico di Rimini. In dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge la stazione! Utile il posto macchina riservato interno al cortile. La cucina, modena, è dotata di ogni accessorio!

Purtroppo l'aria condizionata c'è solo in cucina, le camere da letto sono comunque dotate di ventilatori (fortunatamente).
