"Great place to stay!"

I loved being so close to the Mid Florida Amphitheatre. Also, Hard Rock Casino is across the street. The room was clean and everything was great!

Eric and Nancy were so nice. They greeted us when we arrived and walked us to our room. The space was beautiful and comfortable. Eric and Nancy gave us tips to navigate the area and even invited us over to their place for a drink.

Eric and Nancy were very friendly and hospitable. Eric is an excellent chef! They have worldwide travel experience and love to share it with their guests. Nancy’s wall decor and artwork were beautifully unique.

It would have been nice to have a few small non-foam pillows on the bed. Also, it would have been nice to know one or more of the their television subscription apps.

"Outstanding bed and breakfast stay ."

Nancy and Eric were absolutely one of the BEST host ever .We felt like we had known them forever .Great little happy hour with them .Then Eric drove us to our concert and this morning made us a delicious breakfast I would recommend there place .

We did not stay longer with them But we will be back for sure .

Sooo close to casino!! Walking is closer that parking in lot. Covered parking for car. Very nice staff.

"This was an excellent experience! We would definitely stay with Eric and Nancy again."

The hosts are great! They are friendly, accommodating, and attentive. We were in town for a concert. Eric drove us to and from the venue. Their home is within walking distance to the Hard Rock Hotel so we were able to walk over and eat dinner on the night of arrival.

"Vintage At It's' Be"

My husband and I enjoyed Eric and Nancy's Boutique Bed and Breakfast. The bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchenette. All appliances, from a stackable washer/dryer, mini frig, microwave, stove top, cookware, dishware and utensils are available and let's not forget a coffee pot and even coffee. Be prepared, they're not modern at today's standards. They have vintage decor, which is home for us. Nancy's expressive art is a plus. Free thought is a great plus and pondering her art is a great adventure. The wall space is her gallery. Nancy and her husband, Eric are personable and welcome you to share their boutique and hospitality.
