Stylish 2BR in Belair, Walk to City & Parc Merl

Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt, in Fußentfernung gab es Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel diverser Linien. Die Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus, so daß es trotz Stadtlage einigermaßen ruhig war. Wären da nicht andere negative Dinge würden wir die Wohnung als perfekt beschreiben

-nicht gespülte Gläser im Küchenschrank -massiv defekte Beschichtung an den Pfannen, zerbeult - in einem der Schlafzimmer keine Bettbeleuchtung, nur großes Deckenlicht und eine kleine Leselampe (im Schrank "versteckt") - miserabel ablaufendes Wasser in der Dusche (wahrscheinlich Abfluß verdreckt ??) mit 4 Personen dann sehr zeitaufwändiges Warten, bis die Dusche wieder leer war - Waschtischarmatur auf der sep. Toilette SEHR schwer zu bedienen, wahrscheinlich verkalkt ?? Größtes Manko: die Wohnung war auf Booking mit 2 Badezimmern ausgeschrieben und als solches gebucht. Tatsächlich hat die Wohnung 1 Duschbad und Handwaschbecken und eine separate Toilette mit Handwaschbecken. Wir waren mit 4 Personen eingemietet und wollten pro Paar eine Badezimmer. Der App-Vermieter hat auf unsere schriftliche Reklamation mit einer schnellen Eingangsbestätigung der Rekla reagiert. jedoch bisher(1 Woche nach Rückkehr) noch keine konkrete Antwort (und Vorschlag zur Einigung) geschickt. In der Zwischenzeit wurde das Angebot für das App. bei Booking korrigiert: Das App. hat jetzt lt. Beschreibung nur noch 1 Badezimmer.

Very pleasant, spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood. Just a ten minute walk into town centre.

The tap in the toilet is very fiddly to use. There were some crumbs on the floor when we arrived.

Great place to stay! The location is very convenient, the apartment is clean, warm and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. Check-in was easy and everything went smoothly. Large quality towels and a good hairdryer were very handy. I would love to stay here again.

I was kept in the street in freezing cold for an hour after the check in hour, without getting the code to enter. I was sick for a few days as a result of that. They had no explanation for that and didn't do or try to do anything to make up for that.

Very stylish, comfortable beds , spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen . Great location near restaurants and shops.

Central location, easy checkin/out process

The location was very nice, one block from the bus stop and just a 5 minute walk to the city center. Since all public transportation is free, it made it very convenient getting to the airport, train station, and everywhere else you want to go. Kitchen was nicely equipped, beds were comfortable, and right downstairs was a market, pharmacy, and a few restaurants.
