The photos showed 2 singles 1 double bed and two couches. We did not expect that 4 people were expected to stay on some of the worst couch beds we’ve ever seen. One of them completely dips into the floor

Good location.

Property wasn’t cleaned properly. Dirty Towels, Bedding and Broken beds and fixtures. We walked into an Accomendation that had dirty socks and vapes left from the previous guests.

Location was great: next to Royal Pavilion. Modern building and facilities.

Worst sofa-bed ever. No hair dryer. No wine opener nor bottle opener.

It was a nice location and spacious. Bathroom was clean and tidy

When we moved the sofas out to make the sofa beds there were used snus, a vape, a key, dirt and hair. The sofa bed was not comfortable and I can’t imagine if we booked for 6 people how 2 more would fit

The location was ideal for visiting the centre and the university. Plenty of food options around and things to do. Communication with letting agent was good

Needs updating, particularly the kitchen as the door falling off one cupboard and vinyl peeling off the cupboards. The sofa bed was dirty and had white stains and was uncomfortable as the poles were right across your back. The single beds better but the you could feel the springs in the mattresses. Bit of a faff getting the keys, especially as we arrived quite late and the number on the lock box around back is faded. Parking was £35 per day but not too far from the property. The £350 deposit is a joke when it already has issues.
