Precioso rincón entre el mar y los volcanes

We liked everything about the property including location close to shops and restaurants. We liked the sea views from the terrace and the sunrise views from the bedroom. We liked the facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. Maria has thought of everything you might need and the property is well decorated and clean.

Lovely apartment in a very quiet complex, just a short stroll from the heart of the town and with private onsite parking. Excellent communication throughout and flawless check-in.

Todo estaba bien

Large rooms, comfortable bed and bedlinen. Could do with extra pillows. Nice view from bedroom window. Shower powerful but the drainage system was poor so shower over flowed onto floor a couple of times. Washing machine is handy to have. Hairdryer good power. There's plenty of towels. Kitchen was well equipped. There was alot of ants in the kitchen area, even though we kept food away and killed them a few times a day. Not sure how they were getting in. Pool area is spacious, plenty of sunbeds. Pool bar open daily and serves food and drink. Nice bulldog called Bear is with the owner. Its about a 15-20min walk to town. On day of check out (11am) we came back from our daily walk at 10am and there was already a cleaning lady in the apartment and she had all linen and towels pulled out and in the washing. We couldn't have a shower so we were essentially forced to leave the apartment early which was not very professional and very awkward. It was lucky we actually had our stuff packed up.

We loved the view of the ocean from our bedroom and especially from the spacious deck. I liked the folding clothes “line” attached to the wall. Nice quiet complex.

I didn’t do laundry. The washer had dirt/sand on the inside when it was opened so skipped that. I’ve stayed at 4 other apartments through Booking and they all had coffee makers AND coffee. The first morning after flying, being able to brew some coffee before going out is really nice. When the “host” asked how things were after our first night, I mentioned the lack of coffee. Her response was that she wasn’t there to know. I think having coffee available elevates the place.

We had 3 delightful nights at the property and wish it was more. It was at the end of our 10 day stay on Lanzarote and needed a place within walking distance of our exchange week at Oasis Lanz and found this wonderful flat here on booking. We already knew where the entrance to the property was having been for a walk some days before but the entrance can be a little confusing if arriving on foot, or even by car but it is right opposite the excellent Wok Santa Rosa restaurant and then just wait for Jose Luis, who is a really friendly nice man, to meet you with the keys, if he isnt already there. He only lives 5 minutes away. The flat itself is well equipped and very spacious and comfortable and the bed is superb. Maria has put thought and care into this property, even to the detail of tennis rackets and balls should you wish to use the court just behind. The complex is wonderfully clean and plenty of loungers and the pool is large and well laid out, including a seperate kids pool. There is a pool bar with food operating in daytime hours which is super cosy and friendly. Restaurants are plentiful..the Wok Santa Rosa has an amazing buffet with sushi, fresh meats and fish..not your normal thin bits of meat but entrecote of beef, lamb chops and fresh salmon...all this as well as your asian delights as far as the eye can see. If you want to find a hidden gem for Tapas then try Los Amigos Cafe and Bar behind the Radisson Blu..Its a little hard to find ( hidden gem..the clue is there ) but well worth it. Next time we visit Costa Teguise we will without a doubt visit Marias place again
