Cardiff Bay Modern 1Bed Apartment 10 mins to City

Location is 10/10. The apartment was nice and warm (turning on radiators). Did respond to concerns quickly and did their best to fix them.

Not luxury at all. Front door didn't lock. Leak in shower hose. No instructions regarding WiFI, had to plug in a random plug and it worked. No clear instructions on where to put the bin (had to ask). One of the drawers were sticky. Plates weren't cleaned properly. Had to ask to find the mirror light, in a random place outside the bathroom. Couldn't lock front door when I would leave the property, called them and they chose to ignore my phone call and text me instead, not professional. Stain on towel. Remote wasn't working. Tiny bin for a big apartment.

Nice apartment,as in the pictures,close to the bay area,easy to get to the city centre

Couldn't get the front room heater to work,but the bedroom one is easy and warmed quick ,there is a metal post in the entrance to the apartment which is only lit up when you get closer to the door so at night you walk into it before the lights comes on .

Lovely flat, everything you need, close to amenities, nice area, very clean and tidy, comfy bed, perfect little stay

Nicely designed, comfortable, good location and a good value

Floors weren’t cleaned properly. No dishwasher as advertised and no parking past 8pm and the Parking out front is paid only no free parking.

Quiet but convenient location. Sofa bed available so no need to share bed. Very good shower. Good kitchen facilities. Overall spotless and as pictured.

Mattress on bed needs renewing. Instructions minimal - couldn't work out wall heater in bedroom so used other heater. No way to air kitchen/living area as window unopenable. A cafetiere would be nice instead of coffee machine so that we could choose own coffee.

The flat is a good size for one person. It is recently renovated and most things are new. The shower was great, the kitchen is also quite comfy. I like the location as it is close to the Bay, where I needed to be. They provided shampoo, and other toiletries. There is a washing machine, hair dryer, and microwave. The host was friendly.

The mattress is not good. The kitchen supplies are quite basic for someone staying longer than 2 days. You can’t open the windows so the air gets stuffy. The heating in the living room did not work when I arrived and it took them a really long time to provide an alternative. The communication with the host wasn’t too efficient either. The stairs are quite steep and therefore not recommended for someone with limited mobility. There is nowhere to put the rubbish once the bins are full. The street is quite dirty.
