l'appartement est plutot bien isolé du bruit exterieur. Le centre ville de Cardiff est accessible facilement à pied (30min).

Location good near takeaways and bus route to city centre. Also quick rectification by the owner regarding an issue with the smoke detector. Quite friendly :)
Very strong smell of weed at the entryway up to the flat. Also a lot of trash on the steps. Some of the furniture were broken on arrival as well, might be worth taking it away before other people sit on them. Utensils/cutlery were lacking, though plates/cups/pan were available.

The property was great value for money There is plenty of good quality eateries in the neighbourhood. Beds are comfy. The manager of the property is quick to respond to any messages.
The sofa in the living room in the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on. 2 dining style chairs in the living area are broken and unusable. The property would benefit from a clothes airer as nowhere to dry after using washing machine.
