Beautiful property excellent location right in the middle of all the great pubs and restaurants Dartmouth has to offer. Much larger than expected. Very homely feel. Spotless and fully equipped with everything you’d need. The host was so friendly , lovely personal touch with all correspondence. Suggested places to eat and links to new year events. Felt like staying at a friend’s property, as so welcoming. Thank you

Great location, really central in Dartmouth, and really good value for a short New Year break. Plenty of space for 6 adults in the living/dining area.

Parking is tricky - but that is the case with most properties in central Dartmouth, and we knew to expect this.

Lovely town house in a very convenient location in Dartmouth a couple of minutes walk from the river and harbour. Comfortable and well equipped with everything that you could need for your stay. We appreciated the parking permit and good communication from our host.

The location the property, the property is extremely well kept, it suited the family better than a hotel because of the extra space it provided. Dartmouth is just a lovely place to stay with so much to see and do.

Parking was a bit of a chore but to be expected in a town centre position, the trade off however is well worth while. We live in a Georgian house and are used to many staircase's and they are a bit of a pain with small children but again the trade off is worth it.
