Luxurious 1 Bed Apartment with Free Parking

Close to our venue for a concert, secured entry and free parking

The parking gate number did not work but the number on the booking confirmation allowed staff to look into the situation

Apartment was well appointed

The communal areas (corridors) are in need of a tidy up and look a bit tired.

Absolutely loved the apartment and views. Great location too.

The hot water ran out very quickly. There was a bit of a damp smell when arriving.

The WiFi kept connecting and disconnecting so had to use my mobile hotspot

The location was good, and it was near the city centre, but not too close to the busyness in the city centre. The property itself was quite spacious and easy to find location wise. Bed was comfy and has a nice sofa to chill on.

We went to check-in at 3 pm, and we was given the wrong instructions which were for another apartment, so this delayed our check-in by an hour because trying to get hold of someone initially was a struggle! we were sent videos on how to open lockbox, like I’ve never opened one before when it is pretty self-explanatory. This was a problem because we had a meal booked at 5 o’clock, so it gave us a very short amount of time to get sorted and actually get ready before heading straight back out! When I was explaining my frustration to the lady on the phone, she wasn’t really very sympathetic! Also, there was no tea or coffee or even bin bags, so we had to had to improvise with things like this!
