We were impressed with how quick we were checked in and the professionalism of the host. The apartment was tidy and we felt welcomed. Location is perfect, very close to Palas shopping centre, and city centre.

I did not like the fact that, on the day of the arrival, the owner of the apartment asked me to cancel the booking in order for him to not pay some taxes/fees. I am not sure if it is a common practice of the respective owner. of course, I did not cancel the booking, as it would also affect my rating on the website. I would also mention that the property listed on booking, does not have the same address with the one where we stayed. however, the apartment was really nice and cosy and spacious.
